Damages

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. We encourage you to consult with your contractors regarding measurements, design choices, and quantities before placing your order to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

If a shipment is refused upon delivery or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be considered abandoned property.

Batch Variation

Batch variation refers to natural differences in color and tone in tiles, even when sourced from the same location. This is a common result of the manufacturing process, especially in full-body vitrified tiles. To minimize variation, we recommend placing the entire order at once to ensure all items come from the same batch.

Warranty

• Tiles, Stone Cladding, and Brick Cladding: Complaints will not be accepted after installation. Any technical issues must be raised before installation. Once notified, please stop installation, and our executive will visit the site to assess the issue and arrange for a replacement.

• Washbasins: No warranty is provided for washbasins.

• Kitchen Sinks: The warranty for kitchen sinks is governed by the manufacturer's terms and conditions. We will assist you in contacting the manufacturer if needed.
